Negin primarily practices family law, she assists clients with a range of matters including property division, parenting disputes, child support, spousal support, marriage and separation agreements. She has experience handling cases involving international marriages and complex interjurisdictional family law issues. Her international background and dual law qualification allow her to bring valuable insight to matters involving diverse clients and cross-border considerations.
Negin’s empathy for her clients during challenging circumstances enables her to provide strong and effective advocacy. She strives to settle client matters using alternative dispute resolution, but when litigation becomes necessary, she skillfully advocates for her clients in court. She has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Negin is Fluent in Farsi and English.
