A trial lawyer for more than 20 years, Todd brings significant experience to his personal injury law practice. He has represented injured clients before the Supreme Court of BC and the Court of Appeal, and as a lawyer in both jury and “judge alone” trials. Todd is keen to ensure that clients receive the compensation they deserve — his efforts have resulted in some of the highest awards in British Columbia.

Todd currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Trial Lawyers’ Association of British Columbia, and is a past member of their Executive Committee. He frequently speaks at continuing legal education seminars and conferences for trial lawyers, and has published several papers and articles on various aspects of trial law with a particular emphasis on jury trials.
